SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 4-8 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. After your order is processed and shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic (US): 3-5 business days after processing
- International: 7-14 business days after processing
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Lila Apricot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages: Lila Apricot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
