Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options and costs? We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take? Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days after shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You can also view your tracking information by logging into your account on our website.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods through our checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Please contact us immediately at evalerie@lilaapricot.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

Do you offer gift cards? Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase and make the perfect gift.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I return or exchange an item? Please contact us at evalerie@lilaapricot.com to initiate a return or exchange. We'll provide you with instructions and a return address.

How long do refunds take? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What materials are your bracelets made from? Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials. Each bracelet varies with accompanying information on the product page.

How do I choose the right size? Size information is available on each product page. If you need assistance, please contact us and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

Are your products hypoallergenic? Please check individual product descriptions for specific material information. 

How should I care for my jewelry? To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces in a cool, dry place when not wearing them. Gently clean with a soft cloth as needed. Further care instructions are included with every purchase.
