Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you must return an item, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. All shipping costs are not refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at evalerie@lilaapricot.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without attached tags they will not be accepted and we will not issue a refund. Your item will be sent back to the address provided on the shipping label.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item with a photo attached, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items or exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, “final sale,” or clearance items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, (see our policy for returns) not including shipping charges, once the return is accepted, you may then make a new purchase for that item. Ensure that your item is wrapped and packaged well, as it arrived, to avoid any damages during the shipment process. Enclose original invoice with tags attached and reason for exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your bracelet breaks or experiences a defect due to craftsmanship issues, we will repair or replace it free of charge, even after the 30-day return window.
Our warranty covers:
- Broken clasps or closures
- Broken or frayed cord/chain
- Loose or missing beads and stones due to setting failure
- Manufacturing defects
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Alterations made by anyone other than Lila Apricot
- Damage resulting from not following the care instructions provided with your purchase

We'll provide instructions for returning the item for repair or replacement. Please note that items must have been cared for according to the care instructions included with your purchase.
